I Want To Be Fit and Strong at 50! But I Hurt!

I've been fit all my life, but I'm in pain! I need my right hip replaced... and I am only 50!  My doctor tells me it's because of all the pounding and jumping... plyometrics and great feats I was so proud of.  

If I could turn back time, I would have done things so differently.  They say "hind sight is 20-20"  and they are right!  I wish I had discovered Barre/ Pilates .. non-impact workouts and how much the mind/body connection truly makes a difference.  It's not just a cliche...
