Don't Let The Intensity of Your Workout Hurt Your Body!

 After years of self destructive workouts, I finally got smart and revamped my exercise regime to include all non-impact and low-impact workouts... even for High Intensity Interval Training at the Barre.  Unfortunately, a hip replacement is looming over me, but Barre classes won't cause further injury and keep me strong so I will be quick to recover after surgery.  Learn from my mistakes!  Be kind to your body.
